With video central to content creation, I regularly capture photography and footage to: celebrate everyday grassroots activities, thank people who have helped in some way, acknowledge people doing great mahi, and to compile best-of moments that enable everyday people to achieve their dreams.
Client: New Zealand Red Cross
I filmed, photographed, produced, scripted, story-boarded, and composed video content such as:
To mark the 1 year anniversary of Cyclone Gabrielle, and the generosity of the New Zealand public, I had the pleasure of working closely with Chillbox on this sweet video. Here I produced storyboards, and managed the production and creative direction.
Food is essential to life, and it was an absolute privilege to join a Meals on Wheels run, to appreciate and capture their mahi in action. Never have I had to move so fast in and out of a car with a camera - managing everything from film and photography to video editing and audio mixing.
Instagram reels I worked on can be found here:
celebrating Street Collectors
announcing our ‘Bucket list’ collection has started
thanking our Meals on Wheels volunteers (and recruiting for more)
and telling stories that inspire people to visit Red Cross op-shops - by featuring our people and products in interesting ways
Client: Layne Howe (3D VFX Weta Artist)
I first cut my teeth with video editing*, by composing showreels for Weta vfx artist Layne Howe. This is one of many highlights, that creates a quick compilation of animation and 3D VFX work - to help him to get snapped up by Weta Digital as a full time 3D digital artist.
*Please note: the animated footage to compile was provided by the client.
